Multi-tenant AI website optimization and CRO platform, built end to end: TypeScript REST API, React dashboard, a no-code WYSIWYG visual editor for A/B testing, and the injected SDK that applies personalizations client-side with no flicker. Designed the LangGraph multi-agent system that turns natural-language prompts into deployable campaigns, and owned the Terraform estate through a zero-downtime AWS to GCP migration.

Microservices-based multi-tenant AI marketing platform serving 40+ tenants and 5K+ end users, with three-level RBAC on Supabase Auth and row-level security. Built the conversation hub that unifies email, SMS, and live chat behind topic detection and human-fallback routing, and a Gmail automation service in FastAPI with RAG memory on Pinecone and two-way sync over Pub/Sub webhooks, processing 23K+ emails a day.
